URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE National Weather Service Cleveland OH 355 PM EST Wed Dec 31 2025 ...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 AM EST THURSDAY... * WHAT...Lake effect snow. Additional snow accumulations between 2 and 4 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Lorain, Mahoning, Medina, Stark, and Wayne Counties. * WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions with slower travel likely. The hazardous conditions could impact holiday travel. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Light snow will move into the region this evening. The bulk of the snow will occur with a snow squall that will push through the region during the late evening. A brief period of snowfall rates up to 1 inch per hour could accompany this squall.
