Flood Advisory National Weather Service Los Angeles/Oxnard CA 236 PM PST Sat Jan 3 2026 ...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM PST THIS EVENING... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Most of Los Angeles County. * WHEN...Until 1000 PM PST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas with water over roadways. Minor mud or debris flows possible, especially near steep terrain or recent burn scars. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 224 PM PST, Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated moderate to heavy rain with rate of up to around 0.5 inches per hour, focused across south facing mountain slopes and foothills. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
