Total snow accumulations up to one to two feet possible. Winds could gust as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...South Washington Cascades and the Northern and Central Cascades of Oregon. * WHEN...From late Monday night through late Wednesday night. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Winterize your vehicle and have a winter emergency driving kit readily available.
