Strongest winds are expected Thursday night into Friday. * WHERE...San Bernardino and Riverside County Valleys-The Inland Empire. * WHEN...From 10 AM Thursday to 1 PM PST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Use caution if driving along the 210, 66, and I-10 directly below the Cajon Pass. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind direction will become more northeasterly Friday night into Saturday, with gusty winds expected below the San Gorgonio Pass in addition to below the Cajon Pass.
