Northwestern Will County in northeastern Illinois... * Until 1000 PM CST. * At 801 PM CST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated a line of thunderstorms with rain rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour moving into an area that had previously received heavy rainfall. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen, with additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch possible. Worsening of flood impacts is imminent. HAZARD...Flash flooding.
