URGENT - WEATHER MESSAGE National Weather Service San Diego CA 915 PM PST Thu Jan 8 2026 ...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 PM PST SUNDAY... * WHAT...North winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts 35 to 45 mph expected, local gusts to 50 mph possible directly below the Cajon Pass. * WHERE...San Bernardino and Riverside County Valleys-The Inland Empire. * WHEN...Until 1 PM PST Sunday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Use caution if driving along Highways 210 and 66, and I-10 directly below the Cajon Pass. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind direction will become more northeasterly Friday night into Sunday, with gusty winds expected below the San Gorgonio Pass in addition to below the Cajon Pass. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
