Strongest gusts likely between 3 pm and 7 pm. * WHERE...Niagara, Orleans, Monroe, Northern Erie, Genesee, and Wyoming Counties. * WHEN...Until 10 PM EST this evening. * IMPACTS...Strong winds will blow down trees and power lines. Scattered power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Avoid being outside in forested areas and around trees.
