Special Weather Statement National Weather Service Northern Indiana 849 PM EST Sat Jan 10 2026 ...Snow Creating Reduced Visibility...' An intense area of snow is expected to move through from southwest to northeast tonight reducing visibility down to 1 mile or less. Snow accumulations may struggle to occur on roadways initially, but as we get back towards midnight or 1 am, accumulations may become more possible. Accumulations on grassy areas are more likely and may get up to around 1 inch in this initial batch of snow. If you encounter these reduced areas of visibility, be sure to increase following distance, slow down and ensure your low beam headlights are on.
