Flood Watch National Weather Service Seattle WA 1214 AM PST Tue Jan 13 2026 ...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM PST THIS MORNING... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...A portion of northwest Washington, including the following counties, Skagit and Whatcom. * WHEN...Until 10 AM PST this morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Heavy rainfall over the northern Cascades has diminished but what has already fallen continues to force rises on the rivers flowing off the mountains in the watch area. The Skagit and Nooksack Rivers continue to rise tonight, and will crest by Tuesday morning. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
