The greatest accumulation will be across northern Niagara and Orleans counties. * WHERE...Niagara, Orleans, Northern Erie, and Genesee Counties. * WHEN...From 4 PM this afternoon to 7 PM EST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Travel will be difficult.
