Total snow accumulations between 3 and 6 inches with localized 7 inch amounts possible. * WHERE...Southeast Massachusetts and Rhode Island. * WHEN...From 7 AM this morning to 7 AM EST Monday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Periods of snow develop Sunday morning and continue at times into Sunday afternoon. The heaviest of the snow will occur late Sunday afternoon and night...when snowfall rates may exceed 1 inch per hour.
