Total snow accumulations up to one inch. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph. * WHERE...Portions of west central Minnesota and northeast South Dakota. * WHEN...From 9 AM this morning to 8 PM CST this evening. * IMPACTS...Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow. Plan on slippery road conditions. Ground blizzards create whiteout conditions that make travel extremely dangerous or impossible. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
