URGENT - WEATHER MESSAGE National Weather Service Wilmington OH 721 PM EST Sun Jan 18 2026 ...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 7 AM MONDAY TO 9 AM EST TUESDAY... * WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 12 below zero expected. * WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana and central and west central Ohio. * WHEN...From 7 AM Monday to 9 AM EST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves if you must go outside.
