Winds gusting as high as 55 mph. * WHERE...Beadle, Brookings, Kingsbury, and Lake Counties. * WHEN...Until 6 PM CST this evening. * IMPACTS...Visibilities may drop below 1/2 mile due to falling and/or blowing snow at times. Plan on slippery road conditions. Whiteout conditions will make travel extremely dangerous or impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday evening commute.
