Total snow accumulations in excess of 6 inches. * WHERE...Portions of north central and northeast Ohio and northwest Pennsylvania. * WHEN...From Saturday evening through Monday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes, and the Monday morning commute. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The heaviest snow is expected on Sunday. Sub-zero wind chills are expected Saturday night into Sunday morning, and again Sunday night into Monday morning. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
