Total snow accumulations of 1 foot or more possible. * WHERE...Portions of central New York and northeast Pennsylvania. * WHEN...From late Saturday night through Monday evening. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact travel on Sunday along with the Monday morning and evening commutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...At this time, the heaviest snowfall is forecast to be from south-central NY and areas southward into Northeast PA and Catskills.
