Additional snow accumulations up to one inch. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Cheboygan and Emmet Counties. * WHEN...Until 1 PM EST this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing snow will significantly reduce visibility with white out conditions expected across open areas at times. The hazardous conditions will impact the Friday morning commute.
