URGENT - WEATHER MESSAGE National Weather Service Bismarck ND 534 AM CST Fri Jan 23 2026 ...EXTREME COLD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CST /11 AM MST/ TODAY... * WHAT...Life-threatening wind chills as low as 50 below zero. * WHERE...Portions of western and south central North Dakota. * WHEN...Until noon CST /11 AM MST/ today. * IMPACTS...The life-threatening wind chills will cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes. Hypothermia could develop shortly thereafter. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Dangerously cold wind chills are expected to return this evening through Saturday morning. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
