Total snow accumulations between 9 and 12 inches and ice accumulations around two tenths of an inch. * WHERE...Portions of northeast Kentucky, southeast Ohio, and central, northern, southern, and western West Virginia. * WHEN...From 7 AM Saturday to 7 AM EST Monday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible.
