Forecast wind chills for the rest of the area range from the single digits to the teens. * WHERE...A portion of south central Texas. * WHEN...From 6 PM Saturday to noon CST Monday. * IMPACTS...Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 5 degrees below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite on exposed skin if precautions are not taken.
