In Indiana, Benton, Jasper, Lake IN, Newton, and Porter Counties. * WHEN...Until 9 AM CST /10 AM EST/ Saturday. * IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as few as 10 to 30 minutes.
