Total snow and sleet accumulations between 7 and 13 inches and ice accumulations up to three tenths of an inch * WHERE...Portions of central and northern Delaware, northeast Maryland, central, northern, northwest, and southern New Jersey, and east central and southeast Pennsylvania. * WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 1 PM EST Monday. * IMPACTS...Ice accumulation on power lines and tree limbs may cause tree damage and power outages.
