In New York, Southern Westchester, Bronx, Northwest Suffolk, Northeast Suffolk, Southeast Suffolk, Northern Queens and Northern Nassau Counties. * WHEN...Late Sunday night. * COASTAL FLOOD IMPACTS...Brief minor flooding of the most vulnerable locations near the waterfront and shoreline. * SHORELINE IMPACTS...3 to 5 ft breaking waves along north to northeast facing shorelines along western Long Island Sound and Gardiners Bay will locally exacerbate flooding of shoreline roads and adjacent properties, with minor beach erosion.
