Additional snow accumulations between 7 and 15 inches and ice accumulations around a light glaze. * WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, northwest, southwest, and western Pennsylvania, and northern and the northern panhandle of West Virginia. * WHEN...Until noon EST Monday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The hazardous conditions will impact the Monday morning commute. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Persons should consider delaying all travel.
