URGENT - WEATHER MESSAGE National Weather Service Cleveland OH 1248 PM EST Tue Jan 27 2026 ...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 7 PM THIS EVENING TO 11 AM EST WEDNESDAY... * WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 22 below expected. * WHERE...Portions of north central, northeast, and northwest Ohio and northwest Pennsylvania. * WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 11 AM EST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 22 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves.
