URGENT - WEATHER MESSAGE National Weather Service State College PA 309 PM EST Tue Jan 27 2026 ...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 7 PM THIS EVENING TO 10 AM EST WEDNESDAY... * WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 15 below expected. * WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania. * WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... If you must go outside, dress in layers. Several layers of clothes will keep you warmer than a single heavy coat. Cover exposed skin to reduce your risk of frostbite or hypothermia.
