For the second Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 12 below expected. * WHERE...Eastern Bergen and Western Bergen Counties. * WHEN...For the first Cold Weather Advisory, until 10 AM EST this morning. For the second Cold Weather Advisory, from midnight tonight to 10 AM EST Friday. * IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
