For the Wind Advisory, north winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected. * WHERE...Inland Worcester, Maryland Beaches, Somerset, and Wicomico Counties. * WHEN...For the first Cold Weather Advisory, second Cold Weather Advisory, and third Cold Weather Advisory, until 10 AM EST Sunday.
