For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills in the lower to mid teens tonight. * WHERE...Portions of southeast Georgia and southeast South Carolina. * WHEN...For the Extreme Cold Warning, until 1 PM EST this afternoon. For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 6 PM this evening to 9 AM EST Monday. * IMPACTS...An extended period of freezing temperatures could cause ruptured water pipes.
