Worst case scenario with visibility down to zero. * WHERE...A portion of central California. * WHEN...Until noon PST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Highways impacted include, but are not limited to Interstate 5, State Routes 99, 41, 43, 46, 58, 59, 140, 152, 165, 180 and 198.
