URGENT - WEATHER MESSAGE National Weather Service Pittsburgh PA 1249 AM EST Fri Feb 6 2026 ...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM SATURDAY TO 10 AM EST SUNDAY... * WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero expected. * WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, southwest and western Pennsylvania, and northern and the northern panhandle of West Virginia. * WHEN...From 1 AM Saturday to 10 AM EST Sunday. * IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves.
