For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 13 below expected. * WHERE...Blount Smoky Mountains, Cocke Smoky Mountains, Johnson, Sevier Smoky Mountains, Southeast Carter, Southeast Greene, and Unicoi Counties. * WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, from 4 PM this afternoon to 7 PM EST Saturday.
