URGENT - WEATHER MESSAGE National Weather Service Houston/Galveston TX 913 PM CST Thu Feb 12 2026 ...DENSE FOG ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM CST FRIDAY... * WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog. * WHERE...Portions of south central and southeast Texas. * WHEN...Until 9 AM CST Friday. * IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Dense fog is expected to develop within the next hour or so and persist through mid-morning. The advisory will likely expand further inland through the night. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
