The National Weather Service in Norman has issued a Fire Weather Watch, which is in effect from Wednesday morning through Wednesday evening. * WINDS...Southwest 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 15 percent. * TEMPERATURES...Up to 75 degrees. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
