Total snow and sleet accumulations of 1 to 4 inches, mainly across portions of Otsego, Oscoda, and Alcona counties. In addition, ice accumulations between one tenth and one quarter of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...A portion of Northern Lower Michigan. * WHEN...From 1 AM to 7 PM EST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Power outages and tree damage is possible due to the ice. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday morning and evening commutes. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
