Additional snow accumulations of 1 to 2 feet. Up to an additional 3 feet over the highest peaks. Also, 3 to 6 inches of snow expected down to 3,000 feet and up to 3 inches down to 2,000 feet. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph. * WHERE...Sierra Nevada. * WHEN...Until 10 PM PST this evening. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes.
