Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...Worcester County, Central and Northwest Middlesex County, and Western Essex MA. * WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow. Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday evening and Tuesday morning commutes.
