Total snow accumulations up to one inch and ice accumulations up to two tenths of an inch. * WHERE...Portions of north central and western Maryland and eastern West Virginia. * WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 1 PM EST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
