Winds gusting as high as 60 mph. * WHERE...Eastern Beaufort Sea Coast. * WHEN...From 4 PM Sunday to 4 PM AKDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Significant blowing and drifting snow will result in whiteout conditions at times.
