These snow showers may be moderate to heavy at times, resulting in variable snow amounts across the region. ...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM AKDT TUESDAY... * WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches. * WHERE...City and Borough of Juneau and Prince of Wales Island. * WHEN...Until 4 AM AKDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the evening commute. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Downtown Juneau, Douglas, and Lemon Creek are expected to receive the bulk of the accumulation. Areas from Auke Bay and northward are expected to receive less than 3 inches. Remainder of the area will see variable amounts due to the nature of these snow showers, across the region.
