Winds shift to the northwest at 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected from 9 PM through 4 AM. * WHERE...In Iowa, Mills, Montgomery, and Pottawattamie Counties. In Nebraska, Butler, Douglas, Sarpy, Saunders, Cass, Lancaster, and Seward Counties. * WHEN...Until to 4 AM CDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects.
