URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE National Weather Service Marquette MI 354 AM EDT Fri Mar 13 2026 ...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 PM EDT THIS EVENING... ...WINTER STORM WATCH IN EFFECT FROM LATE SATURDAY NIGHT THROUGH LATE MONDAY NIGHT... * WHAT...For the Winter Storm Warning, heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations between 9 and 12 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. For the Winter Storm Watch, heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations between 1 and 3 feet possible. Winds could gust as high as 50 mph. * WHERE...Delta County. * WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, until 8 PM EDT this evening. For the Winter Storm Watch, from late Saturday night through late Monday night. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Widespread blowing snow will significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact the Friday morning and evening commutes. Strong winds could cause tree damage. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
