Additional snow accumulations between 9 and 12 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. For the Winter Storm Watch, heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations between 1 and 3 feet possible. Winds could gust as high as 50 mph. * WHERE...Delta County. * WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, until 8 PM EDT this evening.
