Blizzard conditions possible. Total snow accumulations between 1 and 3 feet possible, except 1 to 2 feet in the Keweenaw. Winds gusts as high as 50 mph expected by late Sunday into Monday, possibly as high as 60 mph in the Keweenaw and by the lakeshore. * WHERE...Portions of central Upper and western Upper Michigan. * WHEN...From 5 AM Sunday to 2 AM EDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Whiteout conditions are expected and will make travel treacherous and potentially life-threatening.
