Total snow and sleet accumulations between 1 and 3 feet and ice accumulations around one quarter of an inch. The heaviest snow accumulations are expected west of Interstate 75, while the greatest ice accumulations are expected near Drummond Island. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...A portion of Eastern Upper Michigan. * WHEN...From 5 AM Sunday to 8 AM EDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are possible due to the ice.
