URGENT - WEATHER MESSAGE National Weather Service Cleveland OH 1003 AM EDT Sun Mar 15 2026 ...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 2 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO 8 AM EDT MONDAY... * WHAT...South winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 55 mph expected. * WHERE...Portions of north central, northeast, and northwest Ohio and northwest Pennsylvania. * WHEN...From 2 PM this afternoon to 8 AM EDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds will shift southwest and remain gusty behind a cold front on Monday.
