In New York, the Eastern Columbia, Eastern Dutchess, and Eastern Rensselaer Counties. In Vermont, Bennington and Western Windham Counties. * WHEN...From 2 PM Monday to 11 AM EDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...South to southeast winds will strengthen tomorrow afternoon into tomorrow evening before a potent cold front sweeps through the region tomorrow night resulting in a sharp wind to the west.
