Additional snow accumulations between 8 and 14 inches. Winds gusting as high as 60 mph. * WHERE...Keweenaw and Northern Houghton Counties. * WHEN...Until 2 AM EDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Travel will be treacherous and potentially life-threatening. Widespread blowing snow and heavy snowfall rates will significantly reduce visibility. Very strong winds could cause extensive tree damage and result in power outages. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strongest winds are expected tonight into Monday. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
