Additional snow accumulations up to one inch. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph. * WHERE...Portions of north central and northeast Missouri. * WHEN...Until 10 AM CDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Road conditions are snow and ice covered.
