Franklin County in Middle Tennessee... * Until 115 AM CDT. * At 1213 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 6 miles northeast of Estill Springs to near Tims Ford Lake to 7 miles northeast of Hazel Green, moving east at 45 mph.
