Total snow accumulations between 5 and 10 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Northern Oneida and Southern Oneida Counties. * WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning commutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Lake effect snow will develop this afternoon and persist into the overnight hours.
